Double Take is an enormous place, with sections with moderate priced goods, section with western clothes, boots and accessories, as well as designer, high end goods, not to mention home goods and artwork. You can spend the day there.

What a place! Allow a couple of hours to scour the racks here if it’s your first visit – they have tons of interesting pieces, all for very good prices if you’re used to thrift shops in bigger cities like New York or London. The jewellery is something to check out too – lots of 80s pieces and most of them around $1-5.

Suzanne and her staff go to great lengths to create a lovely atmosphere, and a store that is filled with beautiful and desirable merchandise. My children grew up wearing virtually all Double Take threads, and when I feel like a little something new without paying a fortune, I’ll always go there first.
